Entry: Keyless access. We’ll email your door codes and full check-in instructions before arrival.

Parking: You can park in the driveway. You may park anywhere along the circle drive, preferably near your capsule home, while making sure not to obstruct other vehicles from passing.
***PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN.***
Avoid driving or parking on the lawn. The irrigation system may damage your vehicle, and GTG Resorts will not be held responsible for any such damage.
As you enter the property according to google map, you'll see tiny homes to your left. Pull in and park next do your tiny home.

Floor Heater – DO NOT TOUCH: Please DO NOT turn it on, it'll cause potential fire damage.
Septic tank-safe toilet paper: Please do not flush anything other than Septic tank-safe toilet paper. (Not even 'flushable' wipes)
Notice of Irrigation System: 2-6 a.m., 16 irrigations each lasting 15 minutes are scheduled.
DEPARTURE-Checkout
Checkout time is any time before 11:00 AM.
The outside trash bin is located at the entrance of the cycle track.
Bedding - Leave used beds unmade
Power off - Make sure you turn off the stove, heater and lights.
Furniture - Replace any furniture that was rearranged.
Trash - Take out the trash.
Doors - Make sure you lock the doors.
